A tiny acrylic landscape painting inspired by the Howth Harbour Lighthouse, in Dublin, Ireland. Howth is an Irish village on the Howth Peninsula, east of central Dublin and the Lighthouse is one of its most recognizable landmarks. Here you have an old building that instantly inspires both the longing to travel abroad and the home-sickness that you are bound to experience when doing so. It can be seen as a farewell, and as a welcome as it is both a symbol of adventurous travels and a symbol of returning home. A beautiful dichotomy enveloped in paint and heart.
