Is it ok to smile again?
Sometimes all we need is a little perspective. It's really hard to see the label when you're inside the bottle, but there's hope. Things don't have to be so hard all the time and it's ok to smile again, really.
We can all use a little bit of joy right now. We need to feel lighter, to remember that there's beauty in the world, that there's hope.
There's so much happening all around us, so much suffering and injustice and we're still in the middle of so much uncertainty, but there's always hope. And as long as we can feel that, we'll be ok.
Sometimes we just need a little reminder. We need to remember who we are and that there's still kindness and beauty in the world.
So I decided to create and spread a little bit of beauty (you can read all about it here). I started my #100daysofartchallenge over on Instagram and the love and support I'm getting is truly heartwarming.
I want to fill our feeds and our lives with beauty, positivity and joy. And I want us all to feel like it's ok to have hope and to smile again.
